I've found a methodology for getting back-to-back fisheyes into a realtime dome-corrected panorama viewer....
The software I've been using is a combination of GIMP ( http://gimp.org) and Hugin (http://hugin.sourceforge.net/) which use a modified (by me) version of panotools (http://panotools.sourceforge.net/)
I took 2 back-to-back fisheyes taken with the Coastal lens:
made equirectangular views of them using The GIMP:
Which will stitch together quite nicely - Hugin does an even better job of this - but I just did it by eye for now which produced this:
Then in Quartz Composer I created realtime visualisation by wrapping the above around a sphere:
